Candace Moorman, M.P.H., received her MammaCare Specialist's pin on August 24, 2000. Candace is Chief of the Professional Education Unit of the California Department of Health Services Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program. In this capacity, she has designed and implemented a number of continuing education products and curricula for primary care clinicians, including "Clinical Breast Examination: Proficiency and Risk Management," which is based on MammaCare. She has also designed patient education materials including "A Woman's Guide to Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment" and "What to expect During a Clinical Breast Examination".
