Henry Etta Waters, R.N., M.N., N.P., a member of the practicum faculty of the California Breast Cancer Early
Detection Program (BCEDP), became a MammaCare Specialist on June 7, 2001. Henry has
been associated with MammaCare since 1989 when she was first certified as a Special Touch
Facilitator by the American Cancer Society. As a faculty member in the BCEDP, Henry will
continue teaching MammaCare to physicians and other health care professionals throughout
California. Henry enjoys reading,
traveling, and scuba diving.
