Linda A. Mayne, R.N., Ph.D.,
Associate Professor in the School of Nursing of East Carolina University,
became a MammaCare Specialist on January 8, 2003. Linda will use MammaCare BSE training in her role as
Principal Investigator on a major grant to extend the benefits of MammaCare to a
population of African American women. She will train trainers to teach the skill to these
individuals, then follow them for a period of time to evaluate maintenance of their
proficiency as a function of the type of training they received.
Linda has a husband, three grandchildren, and 5 cats. She also
enjoys reading and gardening. |
