Bonnie Maas, R.N., is a patient educator at the Lutheran Breast Care
Center in Wheatridge, Colorado. She became a MammaCare Specialist on Dec. 6, 2001 and plans to
teach radiological technicians to conduct competent breast examinations on high risk
patients. She will also teach MammaCare to other health care professionals in an effort to
reach the indigent and other poorly served populations in Colorado. Bonnie is a talented craftswoman who makes beautiful glass lampworked beads and jewelry. |
