Debby Harris, R.N., received her MammaCare Specialist certificate on July 17, 2002. Debby is a Care Coordinator for the Arkansas Department of Health’s BreastCare program. She will train others and provide services to patients.

Debby was married on July 2, 2002, and she enjoys showing registered cattle with her daughter.
