Cathy J. F. Cole, R.N.C., N.P., M.P.H., C.H.E.S., became a MammaCare Specialist in 1994. She is a Women's Health Care Nurse
Practitioner with a special interest in breast health, community health action and breast
imaging. Ms. Cole currently is an independent consultant, focusing on professional
education of CBE skills for clinicians, mobile mammography services to underserved women
and cancer education advocacy. She serves on the Boards of the American Cancer Society,
Cancer Detection Center and the Conejo Free Clinic. She is also an adjunct professor at
the UCLA School of Nursing. Cathy is married and lives in Thousand Oaks with her husband and four cats. |
