     The MammaCare Personal Learning System includes:

• A patented, tactually accurate breast model, called the A-B, used to teach fingers to feel the difference between normal, nodular breast tissue and potentially harmful changes. The model has a removable backing to allow visual confirmation of small simulated lesions and is available in two skin tones, light or dark.

• A  DVD that teaches you the skill of breast self-examination through a series of carefully designed exercises, first by examining the model and then by examining your breast tissue. The DVD is divided into convenient sections so a woman can proceed at her own pace and review exercises as often as she wishes. It is available in English, German, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. The English DVD is available with open captions for women who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
