Debbie Williams, R.N., achieved the qualifications to become the Codirector of MammaCare training at Alexian Brothers Hospital in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, on June 23, 2006. Debbie has been a MammaCare Specialist since March 24, 2004, and serves as a patient navigator at the hospital for women diagnosed with breast cancer. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. In her new role, Debbie will be responsible for MammaCare training in one of only seven training centers in the world and will be authorized to award all of the MammaCare certifications: MammaCare Specialist, MammaCare Clinical Breast Examiner and MammaCare Breast Self-Examination Instructor.
