Beginning October 2006, the Mammatech Corporation, parent company of MammaCare, partnered with the Alexian Brothers Medical Center to train and certify healthcare professionals in the MammaCare Method of Breast Examination. The training center is located approximately 24 miles from Chicago.
Certified MammaCare Instructors teach the MammaCare courses. They offer several levels of training including the following: the three-day course to train healthcare professionals as Certified MammaCare Specialists, the two-day course to train clinicians as Certified MammaCare Clinical Breast Examiners and the two-day course to train healthcare professionals and other qualified women as Certified MammaCare Breast Self-Examination (BSE) Instructors.
